Orphalin Annie

So excited about surgery today. First up, dude who got hurt when he drove drunk and was unrestrained. Oh and did I mention he was taking his kids to school and they also were not wearing seatbelts? Oh and that he told the anesthesiologist that he better not have pain when he wakes up. Second patient is a chronic drug abuser who has one below knee amputation and now is getting an above knee amputation on the other side. It seems the chronic infections she gets are just not enough to compete with the drugs.
